Linda Merriweather Joins ELA Consulting Group
Seasoned Sales Pro Brings High Tech Experience with an Outside-In Approach
LINCOLN, Calif., Oct. 21, 2011 – ELA Consulting Group LLC, sales effectiveness and business management consultants, announced today that Linda Merriweather has joined the company as Director, Business Development and Client Principal. Merriweather brings more than 25 years experience and a wealth of energy and passion to the ELA Consulting mission of making companies smarter about their business.
Prior to joining ELA, Linda worked for a number of technology companies, including Hewlett Packard, addressing a diverse customer base that has included small, medium and large corporations.
“Linda is a perfect match for ELA Consulting Group,” said Peter Krammer, ELA Consulting Group managing partner. “She knows that fully understanding a customer’s challenges—offering an Outside-In approach to sales and strategic account management—is the key to developing appropriate solutions.”
This Outside-In approach comes from the many customer-facing roles Linda has held in multiple areas of marketing and enterprise sales environments. She has also worked closely with many technology channel organizations, in a wide range of vertical markets, including clean technology, retail, healthcare, insurance and information technology.

Linda also has worked with General Electric, Barracuda Networks and ArcMail Technology throughout her career.
